Tech stocks remain hot property in the market at the moment, led by the performance of the Magnificent 7 tech giants listed in the US. But other tech companies on European exchanges are also benefiting from the enthusiasm of investors.
While many of these companies will look expensive by conventional measures, it is a given at the moment that investors will be prepared to pay more for a solid tech stock than for good companies in many other sectors.
This week we are adding a tech company to our short-term trading portfolio. I remain confident it can continue to achieve the sort of share price growth in the next six months as it has done since the start of the year, given its shift to profitability and its dominant position in the market.
